If you have received poor service or need help

If you feel you have been given poor service by health care staff or need help to get the treatment you require, you can contact:

  1. The Hospital Manager (at some hospitals there are patient ombudsmen, patient services managers, or other special representatives of the hospital management)
  2. The Medical Services Administration
  3. The Patients´ Advisory Committee
